b)     The right to request that the company corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;

d)     The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.

e)     The right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time (only if we have relied upon consent to process sensitive data which is not otherwise covered by this Privacy notice).

f)      The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;


Transfer personal data abroad


It is not intended that Apex Scaffolding (Exeter) Ltd will transfer any personal data abroad however if we are required to do so for legal reasons or to comply with our statutory obligations, we will only do so within the requirements of the GDPR.
