How long to fully erect a temporary roof cover on a large domestic house?

Our experienced scaffolders worked long shifts to fully erect a temporary roof cover to our design engineers’ drawings for a large domestic house in London.

The team were aided by the roofing materials being delivered and carried through the property to the rear elevation prior to their arrival. The road elevation was erected using materials from our crew cab HGV.

Constructing the roof was simplified by the use of our Haki Roof System, which utilises a custom made heavy duty tarpaulin pulled over the roof area in track runners fixed to the roof beams. This quickly covers large areas and limits time working at height.

The whole job was erected by a 5 man team, ably assisted by our M.D. Alan Hogg in 2 ½ days!!

Well done to everyone involved – Ash, Dave, Jason, Josh, Mark, Nathan and Rog.
